Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Conduct training needs assessments and deliver live training on core banking software.
- Manage all aspects of training projects, including client communication and scheduling.
- Develop course materials for instructor-led and virtual classes; revise documents as necessary.
- Stay updated on trends in financial services relevant to FIS products.

Required Skills:
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and adult education techniques.
- Proficient with technology and office applications.
- Creative problem-solving and project management abilities.

Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, adult education, or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in banking and/or adult education management.
- Financial experience with a Lending/BackOffice focus preferred.
