Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Oversee operations and budget development for the Risk department.
- Investigate and analyze risks, implementing an incident reporting system.
- Develop patient safety infrastructures and implement risk management programs.
- Collaborate with clinical staff for risk prevention and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor program performance and manage staff operations.
