Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and tools.
- Contribute to the IAM vision, roadmap, and governance.
- Ensure IAM solutions meet security and business objectives via established metrics.
- Continuously improve IAM capabilities for employee experience and digital asset security.
- Support multi-factor authentication efforts to enhance user experience.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of IAM technologies and best practices (e.g., LDAP, SAML/OAUTH, MFA).
- Familiarity with IAM principles in cloud environments.
- Understanding of compliance regulations (e.g., PCI, SOX, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Computer Science.
- 9+ years in STEM, with 5+ years in IAM technologies.
- 3+ years in a leadership role, coaching teams.
- Proven track record of developing IAM roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives.
