Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Manage transition from construction to operational readiness.
- Review and ensure accuracy of contract documents.
- Lead bid process for contractors; award contracts.
- Supervise contractors and liaise with vendors.
- Collaborate on permits and construction documentation.
- Liaise with landlords during construction.
- Oversee equipment requisition for new store openings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA.
Required Skills:

Required Experiences:
- Project management in retail/commercial construction.
