Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Establish and implement compliance policies and procedures for import/export transactions.
- Collaborate with governmental agencies to ensure compliance.
- Conduct compliance investigations and recommend resolutions.
- Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance on import/export restrictions and regulations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with US international trade regulatory agencies.
- Ability to analyze compliance risks and documents.
- Strong communication skills for training and reports.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of compliance experience.
- Preferred US Customs Broker License or related certifications.
