Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Facilitate and implement risk management across the 1st Line of Defense (LOD).
- Support identification and assessment of process/product/system risks and controls.
- Drive risk awareness, accountability, and culture within business units.
- Advise on risk management processes and regulatory obligations.
- Communicate risk identification and control environment health to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Risk management proficiency and strong knowledge of industry regulations.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and technology risk management.
- Critical-thinking, diplomacy, and persuasive presentation skills.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or High School Diploma with 12+ years in risk management at a financial institution.
- Experience in identifying and assessing reputational, strategic, and operational risks.
- Proven track record in 1st and/or 2nd LOD risk management.
- Ability to develop presentations for senior leadership and collaborate in complex organizations.
