Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead R&D professionals to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, procurement, etc.).
- Design, develop, and review experiments.
- Analyze ingredients and finished products using laboratory techniques.
- Develop and validate laboratory test methods.
- Write detailed reports for analyses and experiments.
- Identify and evaluate new ingredients and technologies.
