Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Perform lab procedures and testing for dairy slurry and powders
- Conduct experimental design and statistical analysis
- Create formulations for products
- Taste and smell food/beverage samples
- Record project details and maintain batch sheets
- Communicate project progress to the team
- Assist in leading teamwork with R&D Director and Manager
- Back up QA and R&D tasks as needed

Required Experiences:
