Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Monitor business segment performance and conduct annual market assessments.
- Develop a 3-year Strategic Marketing Plan and manage new product development.
- Lead Product Lifecycle process and collaborate on annual operating and promotional plans.
- Work with R&D, engineering, and operations on technology solutions and quality issues.
Required Skills:
- New product development and project management.
- Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen; storytelling with data.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years as a product manager in a B2B industry; food service experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
