Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies in response to market changes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and credit risk teams to evolve pricing approaches.
- Design test strategies and define pricing capabilities roadmap.
- Oversee pricing change execution and ensure compliance with controls.

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and tracking skills with statistical modeling familiarity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent presentation skills to convey information persuasively.
- Business acumen and influence within a matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of consumer lending products and credit risk management.

Required Experiences:
- 7+ years in Product Management, strategic planning, or change delivery.
- 5+ years in Pricing, credit risk, or finance experience in financial services.
- Experience in designing and evaluating testing strategies in credit/pricing.
- Master’s Degree, MBA or higher preferred.
