Job Summary:

- Oversee the execution of CRA data collection and systems management.
- Manage cross-functional projects ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Drive organizational change and enhance reporting processes.
- Provide compliance guidance and conduct audits/exams.
- Lead the development of CRA dashboard reporting resources and tools.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and complex systems reporting skills.
- Strong project management and data analytics capabilities.
- Advanced communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- 7 years of compliance experience in the banking or financial service industry preferred.
