Job Summary:

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain IT/cybersecurity capabilities for safeguarding information systems.
- Support end user identity management and access strategies.
- Design and meet formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Enhance user experience by providing tier 2 support.
- Engage with stakeholders for solution adoption and compliance.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of enterprise information security technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection).
- Proficiency in identity and access management platforms (e.g., Oracle, SailPoint, Okta).
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills in information security technologies.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in systems engineering or administration.
- 15 years of experience in banking or financial services (preferred).
- Experience managing identity and access management processes for at least 10 years.
