Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scope
- Develop and implement social media strategies for Fire-Dex and Gear Wash brands.
- Manage and create content for social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize company pages and analyze performance metrics; engage with community members.
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches; assist with local event planning.
- Monitor social media trends and manage marketing supply program.

Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiar with HubSpot and Adobe software.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of professional social media management.
- Experience with paid social media strategies.
- Ability to travel 5-10% annually for meetings or events.
