Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Conduct and analyze studies of fire protection resources and procedures.
- Complete verifications both in the office and field.
- Prepare reports on community hazard mitigation gradings.
- Facilitate meetings with local officials and provide customer support on-site.
- Mentor and train less experienced staff.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and observational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
- Proficient in public speaking and presenting technical information.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year experience in fire/property insurance or fire protection services.
- Field experience performing detailed analyses preferred.
