Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage overall project delivery and financial performance.
- Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget management on GDOT projects.
- Mentor junior staff and lead project teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and technical expertise in roadway design.
- Familiarity with AASHTO and state-specific design standards.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8-10+ years of industry experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration required; GDOT experience preferred.
