Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage complex Prefab Customer projects from initiation to closeout.
- Validate project scope, schedule, and costs; serve as lead contact for customers.
- Monitor execution, control project performance, and ensure communication with stakeholders.
- Lead risk/change management and project closeout activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel).
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage conflicts.
Required Experiences
- 5-8 years of experience in managing projects/programs.
- Knowledge of systems integration, HVAC, or electrical control systems preferred.
- Understanding of Schneider Electric products is a plus.
