Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for Go-to-Market positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews and offer extensions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Represent the company at recruiting events and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

Required Experiences:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, focusing on Go-to-Market roles in technology or SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
