Job Duties
- Design and implement programs to enhance workforce capabilities and drive innovation.
- Serve as key interface with GPS Strategy for organizational capability development.
- Lead cross-functional efforts in training management and process optimization.
- Monitor effectiveness of workforce capability programs and establish performance metrics.
- Supervise and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or relevant science; advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years in business operations, capability development, or adult learning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs in regulated environments.
