Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Serve as primary contact for project completion and manage customer portfolio activity.
- Become a product expert in configurations and data integration.
- Solve implementation challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor and support new client implementations and existing client support.
- Manage multiple complex SAAS projects and provide proactive problem-solving.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of web-based applications, APIs, and data integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; project management certifications preferred.
- Background in delivering projects for external customers.
- Experience in Payments, Banking, E-Commerce, Finance, and/or Utility industries helpful.
