Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage full grant/subsidy lifecycle including programmatic and fiscal responsibilities.
- Provide feedback and reporting on grant execution to senior leadership.
- Research and identify grant/subsidy opportunities; maintain internal grant management systems.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and support internal reporting requirements.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Experience with grant/subsidy management software (W-Desk/Workiva preferred).

Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing grants/subsidy programs.
- Preferred 3 years in child care industry and project management.
