Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Formulate new products and improve existing ones.
- Conduct sensory testing and prepare samples for customers.
- Coordinate plant trials and commercialization of products.
- Maintain product and ingredient specifications.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
