Job Summary:

Job Duties
- Monitor and assess risk related to Receivables and customer requests.
- Lead a team of AR Specialists in collections and cash applications.
- Ensure accurate reporting of Receivables balances across multiple regions.
- Foster a positive work environment and implement departmental policies.
- Analyze customer financial documents to determine credit exposure.
- Complete month-end reporting and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Financial competence and ability to work independently.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
