Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Execute the annual Acquisition Strategy Plan (ASP) for facility and infrastructure construction.
- Manage the Engineering Design team (7 engineers, 2 architects, 1 interior designer).
- Oversee Architect-Engineer (AE) design program and construction project preparation.
- Ensure project designs align with energy, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with government engineering counterparts and provide project status updates.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of design and construction standards.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years in facilities/infrastructure design and construction.
- Preferred experience as an engineering manager or supervisor.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) in Colorado (or ability to obtain).
