Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Design and code marketing emails using HTML and CSS.
- Create assets for email marketing like banners and animations with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with eComm Email Marketing Specialist to develop concepts reflecting brand identity.
- Implement design best practices to optimize email performance metrics.
- Maintain a library of eCommerce creative and support direct-to-consumer creative needs.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design using Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong coding skills in HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of email delivery platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- UI/UX design principles.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 4+ years in graphic design and leading email marketing programs.
- 3+ years in project management and multi-stakeholder environments.
- 2+ years in email delivery management with Salesforce or Mailchimp.
