Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Provide strategic project management leadership for various construction projects.
- Develop and maintain client relationships; participate in proposal development.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, costs, and lead collaborative project teams.
- Mentor and train junior staff, assess project risk, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective communication and status updates to stakeholders.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in DOT and construction management preferred.
- Professional Engineering licensure required; PMP Certification preferred.
- Must be willing to travel and have permanent U.S. work authorization.
