Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms for medical image processing.
- Assess and integrate third-party AI technologies into Hologic products.
- Collaborate on AI product design, validation, and regulatory approvals.
- Implement best practices for AI development processes.
- Contribute to AI product roadmap and development infrastructure.
- Advise leadership on AI/ML strategy and technology issues.
Required Skills:
- Deep learning architecture
- ML programming tools (Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- ML development lifecycle management
- Effective communication
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
Required Experiences:
- 5+ years in machine learning/AI and software development
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Medical applications experience preferred
- Experience in FDA regulated environment preferred
