Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Conduct independent model validations for fraud models.
- Write detailed validation reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform annual reviews and ongoing monitoring of model performance.
- Interact with stakeholders throughout the model lifecycle.
- Suggest enhancements to fraud validation processes and guide junior team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML and transaction workflows.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, SQL, SAS, or R.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns in data.
- Proficient in writing technical reports.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years or High School Diploma with 8 years in risk management or statistical modeling.
- Minimum 7+ years in model development/validation and 5+ years in fraud analytics.
- Experience with various performance metrics and maintaining vendor models.
- Familiarity with federal model risk management guidance.
