Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scope
- Lead and manage the Americas practice for project management in Enterprise Payments.
- Conduct financial forecasting and capacity planning.
- Mentor project practitioners to enhance practice predictability.
- Supervise Project and Program Managers ensuring project delivery within defined requirements.
- Develop and implement project management best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects.

Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of project management standards and best practices (e.g., PMBOK).
- Familiarity with IT project methodologies and life cycles.
- Understanding of software industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma).
- Financial services industry knowledge.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Relevant experience in project management within the financial services sector.
