Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Perform microbiological, chemical, physical, and sensory analyses.
- Hold, release, and reject finished goods.
- Verify compliance and report deviations.
- Conduct weight, temperature, pH, and metal detection checks.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
- Evaluate finished products daily.
- Conduct environment testing.
- Maintain lab documentation and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
