Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
- Create service solutions using ExP products.
- Develop customized service plans based on Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs).
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and webinars.
- Facilitate or present at ExP events.
- Collaborate with Gartner's Sales organization for member engagement and renewals.
Required Skills:
- Consulting
- Technology (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, etc.)
- E2E transformative initiatives
- Knowledge of CIO's focus areas
Required Experiences:
- 15+ years in consulting/CxO roles
- Industry background in Healthcare/Lifesciences
- Exposure to leadership and IT operations management.
