Job Summary:
Job Duties:

- Design and conduct plant trials and new product start-ups
- Source ingredient alternatives and optimize formulas for cost savings
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to development schedules
- Work with production equipment and personnel
- Conceptualize and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Identify trends and technologies to enhance team performance
- Create technical documents and specifications

Required Experiences:
- 5+ years in food product design and commercialization
