Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead the Product Lifecycle Management Process for electronics.
- Oversee product planning and development for amplifier and audio electronics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for product development.
- Conduct market research and prepare business cases for new products.
- Manage product transitions and coordinate launch processes.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in issue-tracking and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong understanding of audio electronics specifications.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to assess engineering and business requirements.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 10+ years in the audio industry, particularly hardware development.
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in AV or IT.
- Experience in cross-functional teams integrating hardware and software.
