Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the assigned global security account.
- Develop and implement security strategies, manage relationships with third-party providers, and conduct Security Risk Reviews.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of security staff.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Project management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a global business environment, preferably in life sciences/biotech.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience in private sector security or related fields.
- Professional certification such as CPP or PSP preferred.
