Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop knowledge of prime contract requirements and apply to project activities.
- Support Project Manager in execution plans, proposal preparation, and communication facilitation.
- Coordinate procurement and resource management.
- Monitor project budget and change control systems.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with design/documents.
2. Required Skills:
- Understanding of construction management principles.
- Proficient in project communication and documentation.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
3. Required Experiences:
- Experience in pharmaceutical construction projects preferred.
- Relevant experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role.
- Familiarity with budget management and contract requirements in construction.
