Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead project management for employee benefit plans in the US.
- Create and sustain project plans, defining tasks, resources, and timelines.
- Engage stakeholders, ensure effective communication, and resolve issues.
- Develop project updates and metrics; present to senior leadership.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in PMO methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of HRIS system design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in a Functional Project Manager PMO role focused on Total Rewards.
- Experience establishing PMO capabilities and managing HRIS project lifecycles.
