Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead customer engagements through product sampling and technical communication.
- Communicate technical development activities to cross-functional teams.
- Develop and optimize new and existing products.
- Troubleshoot product and process opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sensory and food safety experiments.
- Prepare technical data reports independently.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Required Skills:
- Communication
- Project Management Systems
- Recipe Development (e.g., SAP)
- Knowledge of USDA/FDA guidelines
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Suite)
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Poultry Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in poultry processing or related industry.
- Experience in food manufacturing facilities.
