Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Serve as data lead for the Client Product Squad, collaborating on roadmap prioritization and statistical analysis.
- Lead cross-functional analytics meetings to communicate relevant OKRs and experiment outcomes.
- Build data pipelines from clinical, member, and claims data to support analytics needs.
- Develop impactful reports with the Commercial Team to enhance Virta’s value proposition.
- Operate within an agile framework, prioritizing projects and balancing resources effectively.
Required Skills
- Proficient in SQL, R, and/or Python for data science and visualization.
- Expertise in data storage, ETL frameworks, and data transformation.
- Ability to build BI dashboards using Looker or Tableau.
- Strong programming, data mining, clustering, and segmentation skills.
Required Experiences
- 7+ years in Healthcare Analytics or Data Science, working with large datasets.
- 5+ years using data science and visualization tools.
- Experience in leading cross-functional data projects and managing complex data structures.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and project management experience is a plus.
