Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Support production applications and resolve job failures.
- Develop and implement code changes and data fixes.
- Communicate daily with customers regarding production status.
- Lead small teams of 2-3 members and perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, Teradata, etc.).
- Experience troubleshooting ETL code and web applications.
- Familiarity with .Net, JAVA, Cognos, Informatica is a plus.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with databases and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
