Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage benefits administration for programs (health, dental, vision, etc.)
- Oversee compensation program maintenance and periodic reviews
- Administer equity and stock options programs
- Lead employee recognition initiatives
- Manage HR data systems and generate key reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulations (FLSA, ERISA)
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of compensation and benefits best practices
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's or relevant certifications preferred)
- 5+ years managing HR functions focused on compensation and benefits
- Experience in report generation and data analysis
