Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Drive technical evaluation of new beverage ingredient and formulation technologies.
- Conduct hands-on assessments and testing in both bench and pilot plant settings.
- Establish connections with key S&T programs and external partners.
- Support technical program leaders in enhancing beverage nutrition and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Required Skills
- Expertise in food physical chemistry and ingredient functionality.
- Strong experimental design and assessment skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in evaluating ingredient viability and performance.
Required Experiences
- Experience in beverage product development or related field.
- Background in sourcing and assessing new ingredients and technologies.
