- Plan and execute virtual/hybrid events.
- Manage client communications and customer service.
Required Skills:
- Project management expertise.
- Knowledge of meeting and event technology.
- Understanding of technology systems and web applications.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical support experience.
- 3+ years in Project Management.
- Preferred experience in meeting and event technology.
- Cvent Advanced Certification and Mobile Solutions Certification required.
