Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Ensure architectural needs for opening communities are met.
- Oversee development and maintenance of Construction Documents (CD).
- Manage quality control processes across teams.
- Maintain communication with the operating team.
- Coordinate plan change updates and ensure adherence to drafting standards.
- Develop budgets and review deliverables for accuracy.
- Facilitate approvals with municipalities and HOAs.
