Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Ensure compliance with HR and Safety Programs.
- Communicate policies and respond to HR/Safety inquiries.
- Manage hiring processes and new hire orientations.
- Track and report hiring metrics and onboarding compliance.
- Address safety concerns and assist in workplace injury investigations.
- Conduct investigations on employee complaints.
