Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead the government compliance department for U.S. government contracting.
- Oversee accounting compliance, including review and negotiation of incurred cost statements.
- Liaison for audits with DCAA and other government entities.
- Support strategic projects related to mergers and compliance.
- Maintain and improve compliance programs and processes.
2. Required Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAP.
- Strong negotiation and management skills.
- Ability to develop compliance strategies and oversee accounting systems.
3. Required Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in accounting with government contracts.
- At least 8 years in management or leadership roles.
- Experience with DCAA compliance audits and government negotiations.
