Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Participate in project tasks under the Project Manager and Development Leader.
- Execute benchtop development, produce food samples, and meet client objectives.
- Communicate project status and manage ingredient procurement.
- Conduct ideation and concept development for various food products.
- Prepare samples for shipping and manage kitchen cleanliness.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Kitchen sanitation and food safety knowledge.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
- 2-4 years of food industry product development experience, including internships.
