Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop and implement service technology strategies (IA with Einstein, low-code, automation).
- Collaborate on customer success strategies and maintain long-term relationships.
- Create and manage reports to track KPIs.
- Work with teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Identify and improve business processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce expertise, particularly in Service Cloud Architecture and Design.
- Financial analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and service process automation.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 8 years in Salesforce service technology roles.
- Proven success in enhancing operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
