Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead process improvement projects, training, and workshops.
- Conduct root cause analyses and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Implement cost reductions and drive value stream mapping.
- Develop budgets, perform data analysis, and conduct compliance audits.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while fostering relationships with customers.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Lean and OMS methodologies.
- Strong data analysis and process mapping skills.
- Ability to mentor and train employees in continuous improvement principles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Greenbelt Six Sigma or Lean experience required.
- 1+ years of continuous improvement experience.
