Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data platforms for medical research.
- Establish and maintain data infrastructure ensuring security and compliance.
- Implement data security measures and optimize performance for real-time insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to integrate needs into platforms.
- Document architecture and processes; mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Lakehouse architectures, Trino).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning/deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in imaging data engineering and data platform development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven understanding of medical imaging research and methodologies.
