Job Summary:

Job Duties
- Develop and execute university relations and internship programs.
- Build relationships with universities to enhance employer brand.
- Organize campus visits, career fairs, and networking events.
- Design and manage structured internship programs, overseeing all processes.
- Partner with internal teams on university events and training.

Required Skills

- Excellent program management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in assessing program effectiveness with key metrics.
- Experience in training and mentoring within a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of DEI initiatives and inclusion strategies.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years managing university relations and internship programs, ideally in technology or related industries.
- Proven track record of building successful university partnerships.
- Experience with campus recruitment cycles and engagement strategies.
- History of organizing large-scale recruiting and networking events.
