Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate qualified leads.
- Knock on 120 doors daily, introducing homeowners to Renewal by Andersen products.
- Collect homeowner information and schedule in-home consultations using CRM.
- Attend meetings and contribute to the company culture.
- Meet daily and weekly quotas to support marketing initiatives.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
- Mastery of sales scripts and customer interaction techniques.
3. Required Experiences:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Physically able to walk 3 to 5 miles daily.
